1. Where does Entrakt work?

We are active throughout Belgium, from the coast to Luxemburg.

2. Which buildings are eligible?

Each building type is eligible for temporary management.

From the house to the castle, schools, hospitals, industrial buildings, commercial units and office buildings.

Each building becomes an opportunities panel and is brought to you with the best solution.

3. What facilities are needed?

The type of temporary occupation depends on the location, building structure and management time.

A workshop does not require the same facilities that residence.

Nevertheless, electricity and water are necessary for a lockable, waterproof and windproof property.

4. Is there a time limit?

Our minimum period is 6 months, except for pop-up stores.

These six months are the time needed to achieve economic consistency of qualitative occupation.

5. What does cost the management of vacant property?

Entrakt strives to work for free for the owner.

Our management proposals are established based on the location, management period and the cleanliness of the property.

6. Legally, how does it work?

As owner, you sign a service contract with Entrakt.

This allows us to manage your property and operate it.

As occupier, you sign a temporary occupancy agreement with Entrakt.

This allows us to make available for you the property in its entirety or in part, according to the rules agreed whith the owner.

7. Can I still access to my property?

both owner and any interested third party has access to the property.

The visites for the potential tenants, buyers are organized very simply.

The agreement is clearly mentioned both in the service contract and in the temporary occupancy agreement.
