On Ten Eekhovelei in Deurne, Ten Eek is growing into a place where dozens of starting entrepreneurs, organisations and artists have already found their home. A series of houses, apartments and commercial spaces are temporarily repurposed here until the end of 2030 — and soon you may be able to find your own space there as well.

Our buildings are ideal for those who appreciate atypical spaces full of character and soul. No strict or sterile office environments, but places where authenticity and atmosphere take centre stage. Perfect for those who work with their hands, create in a creative way, experiment, or simply look for an affordable and alternative workspace or office.
What is available?

Offices: From a former insurance office to spacious apartments that can easily be converted into office spaces.

Commercial spaces: Ground-floor spaces with a shopfront and entrance, ideal for welcoming visitors or launching a retail concept.

Studios, ateliers and workspaces: Houses and apartments offering artists, craftspeople and makers all the room they need to work, create and grow.

Available surfaces: from 70 m² to 300 m²

Residential spaces are not offered within the framework of this project.
Ringpark ‘t Schijn
Ten Eek is located next to the future development zone of Ringpark ’t Schijn, a green project that will transform the neighbourhood in the coming years. While awaiting the execution of these works, we focus on what is already possible today: giving buildings a new life, allowing ideas to grow, and creating space for those who need it.
